This is a chineese version as we realized it after installing the app on our smartphone. It said the scale is locked to be used in some areas, not in Europe obviously. The european representative of PICOOC was kind to unlock it even if it's not for Europe. But it took almost a week. I don't know they did it because I was so angry or it's a joke in the app. This little issue was missing from the description.
