I had wondered if the "JX-1601-10" die would work for Dupont connector. I couldn't find any answer on Banggood. Anyway, I decided to give it a try. Here is what I find out: It works but you have to make adjustment. In the 1st picture, I place the Paron crimper next to my faithful SN-28B. The opening of Paron crimper is comparatively smaller when it is fully pressed. And, that's the problem. The Dupont pin will be pressed too hard and it will be too wide to fit in the Dupont housing. There are 2 ways to fix the problem: 1. use the pliers to make it narrower; or 2. adjust the tension (circled in the 2nd picture) and don't press it all the way when crimping the pins. I also place the Dupont cable I make as the evidence!

Tried to repair a 6+2pin PCIe Molex and it worked just fine. Very good fold and grip. I haven't tried the others yet but if its that good with the 0.5mm I assume that there won't be any problem with the bigger ones.

its not perfect but work better than I expected. I think if you use this tool you should buy terminals which is compatible with it. You can see my first two cable😁 cahse was damaged a little because packaging not very good than I glued it but in generally Im happy

Loved the tool kit, small, compact, practical, received well packaged and with bubble plastic by Banggood, arrived without any damage to the box, for me just missed the DIE JX-1601-10 reach 2.5mm2 which is what I need to be perfect, Would recommend it to everyone!!!

Adorei o kit de ferramentas, pequeno, compacto, prático, recebi bem embalado e com plástico bolha pela Banggood, chegou sem nenhum dano a caixa, para mim só faltou o DIE JX-1601-10 alcançar 2.5mm² que é o que preciso para ser perfeito, recomendo a todos !!!
