This is an excellent automatic blood pressure monitor. The entire unit and rubber hose and sleeve/cuff are well made and look exceptional. It is handy to have at home to keep track of blood pressures for my husband and I. It is easy to use and the voice is pleasant. There are two different settings on what measurement scale you can use so you hear it the way you are used to. It seems to be pretty accurate when used as intended. The manual is well laid out and easy to understand. At this price it is well worth the wait for shipping from China. My bad was ordering it too close to the Christmas mail slow down. I ordered in late November and did not receive it until mid to late January the following year. Still, for the price the wait was acceptable to me. I am glad I purchased this model and look forward to years of service from it. I would buy it again and would recommend it to my family and friends.
