Mine was received un shimmed, bone dry and contained no grease. Make sure you open it up and apply grease or diff fluid before using. That & a shim on each side of the outdrives makes this a great did

This comes bone dry. ZERO grease from the factory! make sure you open it up and apply grease. Wont last long without grease, but as long as you grease it this diff should be a long lasting upgrade.
