The control came out of the original packaging in a bag with only the manual. They didn't send the USB receiver, which means it's useless to me. As you can see in the manual itself has the USB dongle. In Bluetooth mode it does not turn off the TV and the TVbox does not have Bluetooth. Money thrown away. I have requested a refund from Banggood in two emails and so far nothing. I wanted to know about the vendor why he didn't send the USB receiver.

O controle veio fora da embalagem original em um saco apenas com o manual. Não enviaram o receptor USB ou seja para mim está inutilizado. Como pode ver no próprio manual tem o dongle USB. No modo Bluetooth não desliga a TV e a tvbox não tem bluetooth. Dinheiro jogado fora. Solicitei o reembolso a Banggood em dois e-mails e até agora nada. Queria saber do vendedor porque não enviou o receptor USB.
