I bought those to upgrade standard light switches in my apartment to intelligent switches, so Alexa can control it. This works quite well now. Remember that you need 3 wires in the switch to make it work, L + L1 + N (neutral) wire. Sometimes the neutral is not provided in the installation. Than this device will not work. Check your switch before buying. Else, highly recommended.
