Base on the information written on the package, the LED are supposed to be powered with a 5 V DC which is not provided. Was attached to the LED package a photo cell with a battery. The photo cell max voltage with full sun was only 2.2 V and the battery include was 1.2V. I want to return the product and request a full refund. Please advise.
