A máscara chegou muito torta, eu tentei endireitá-la o mais que consegui e ficou muito melhor. No entanto acho que deviam ter mais em atenção ao embalamento, visto que é um produto um pouco frágil. Em relação ao funcionamento nada a dizer atua de imediato.
