Looks like it has been used when the water bottle take of there came water off the plug. Also there was zero protection on the package, which is a bit dissapointing. Also there was no rubber feets beneath the device so it is more wobbely when put on my desk. It is also quite noisy i must say!, even in the lowest fan speed, noticabilly more then the arctic air box model. I hope it was not been used. The shipping time was about 3 weeks to the Netherlands. The included manual was in Chinese and from another model aircooler!?. Otherwise it works really good, it really cools down the air quite a bit!.

It's not as potent as it looks, but for the price it's fine.

Good cooler, proved it's performance during hot nights in Arabian gulf area, easy and very simple to use.. though the price is somewhat high.

It works "ok". Air direction is not adjustable. Fan is noisy in all speeds. The package had little protection. It works ok with 5V 2A charger but not with all my 2A cables.
