I did not receive the chainsaw. I received 2 blades and 2 chains. Useless with out a motor and battery. I sent an email about this and did not get a reply

milodecourcy you may not have realised that instead of ordering a complete chainsaw items A or D you've inadvertently ordered the replacement chain and bar item C.
I've found that it's easy to overlook the detail eg the fine print in banggood listings
