Not the best quality, but hey - it's working. One of the two solar cells came loose out of the box so I had to fix it with some superglue, and the magnet on the bottom was loose too..

Great little device. Works exactly as expected in bright sunlight.

My motor appears to have too much friction and does not spin freely. The rotor unit is not levitated... it appears the bottom of the rotor shaft is magnetically attached to the bottom magnet and that creates the friction... What can I do to make the rotor spin freely and just spin on the top bearing? Thanks

I've just received one of these in the mail and it runs beautifully and I'm delighted with it. I placed it on the inside windowsill in late afternoon sun and it was spinning very fast. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Works as described but need really strong sunshine or a very strong lamp to work.
