Plastic product feels a bit soft when compared to conventional seat, shape also feels oddly narrow BUT the soft close, night light and adjustable heating are amazing. I lived in Japan for 2 years, where even the public restrooms had heated seats and this finally brought back the winter comfort feeling I had back then. Thank you

It does what is promised. The feeling is a bit pleasantly weird and it needs to get used to it but again it is very nice. Recommended especially if it drops a bit in terms of price.
