Use and test:
After the liquid level sensor is installed, connect it according to the following circuit. The signal terminal will output a voltage signal consistent with the water level condition. This signal is used as a liquid level height control signal to be connected to the MCU (microcontroller) A/D (analog-to-digital conversion) Port, when the liquid level exceeds the critical liquid level and the sensor body is flooded, the signal output is low voltage at this time, and when the liquid level is lower than the critical liquid level and the sensor body is exposed, the signal output is high voltage at this time.
Precautions:
1. When the detected liquid is water and the water level is lower than the critical level, water vapor, water vapor or water droplets will accumulate on the surface of the sensor body, causing the signal output voltage to drop. Therefore, in practical applications, considering the influence of water vapor, water vapor or water droplets, the liquid level threshold voltage is set to VT. If the output voltage is less than VT, it is judged that the liquid level is higher than the critical liquid level. VT generally takes a value of 0.25-0.5V, and the specific value is determined according to the generation and degree of influence of water vapor, water vapor or water droplets. When the detected liquid is other, it will also be affected by the droplets, so it is also considered according to this method.
2. Consider the fluctuation characteristics of the liquid level, and add anti-shake logics to the program.
3. The wiring part of this liquid level sensor is non-waterproof, so the entire probe cannot be used in liquid. In actual use, there should not be too much dirt on the surface of the liquid level sensor probe. If there is, please clean it immediately. The detection surface should not be damaged during the cleaning process.
