This hand tool paid for itself the first time I used it! The cost of the item was less than it would have been if I had paid a jeweler to remove the links from a bracelet type watch band! It is well made and solid. I would recommend that you do have some experience working on bracelet type bands, but for a simple watch band change, this tool can't be beat!!!
