Works quite nicely. I don't use the +5V or +3.3V outputs, I'm just using it as a 3.3V RS232 to USB adapter. There is absolutely no documentation except what is printed on the PCB's soldermask. Fortunately, very little effort was required to make it work. The CP210x drivers for the chip are easily downloaded after a Google search and install fine into Windows 7.
