Just cut and reglue with probably only 1mm required of down elevator at the trailing edge.This has the advantage over using a heavier battery that the weight does not go up, which would make it fly faster, which usually you don't want. Of course, you can't overdo it, because the plane relies on the pitch increasing as you throttle up, as this is the only pitch control available in the absence of any elevator control.
