If you had two 3S 2200mAh batteries and used this would you have a 6S battery or a 3S battery? If it was 6S it would mean that the batteries would be run in series. This doesn't do that. This runs the batteries in parallel which means you'll have a 3S battery with a lot more amps to deliver.
