SonofNel The big key differences Model K12 is Self Centering. (When you turn the chuck key all 4 Jaws move together.) Model K72 is Independent Jaws, (When you turn the chuck key only the jaw you are adjusting moves, Great for removing something and chucking again, as well as holding items with different length sides and ends. SonofNel Yes you can get the screws typically they are T15 M4 and you can purchase the Grade 12.1 screws in a 50 piece set there will be a variety of different lengths. Typically they will say they are for CNC cutter inserts. Search " M4CT1 CNC insert Torx Screw". My FaceMill using 1604 inserts uses an M4x0.7 and the length is 9mm. Take Care
