rodw12 If you have the version with the three winders on one side then simply press the smaller winders in next to the panel you want to change. So the top winder will adjust the month and the bottom will adjust the date. One press per month or date. For the year and date you will find little indents on the other side of the watch. Use a pen and press the indent next to the window you want to change. In these watches the main crown (winder) has two clicks when you pull it out but the first does nothing, the second click does the hands as usual. Its a nice watch but relatively cheap so dont expect the world. Otherwise it works fine.
