Q: is there a reason why the camera goes offline so much?

SergiuSamson 1. Bad WiFi connection, or bad Internet connection.

SergiuSamson 1. The Camera can be mounted on the ceiling, in the settings in the app there is a horizontal or vertical mode. 2. Depends on the router, how powerful the signal is, from what I noticed if the signal is more than 65dbm it moves a little harder, but it works.

SergiuSamson Yes, it comes with the charger for Europe and the UK adapter in the box.

SergiuSamson If the camera sees your card, then try to format the card in the app if it doesn't see your card, change the card.

SergiuSamson Try with a microSD card (with a 32GB card recording 7 days nonstop) or you can activate the OnVif function and put on a dedicated surveillance software.

SergiuSamson I use it in Romania. The box came with a charger for Europe and with the UK adapter.
