I have used up 2 previous original Apple cables. They all break sooner or later. My last one broke rather earlier. This cable was already used for a good while by me and my wife and still looks like on the day I received it.

the electronics is very unreliable. Sometimes it saves the clip - at other times it just does not. I would not buy it again and rather spend more money to have a reliable car DVR .

Those lights blink at random and are totally useless. It only scans frequency, but unable to store them. Once switched off, you have to start over finding your station. Who designed this stupid thing? To make it worse: although the "manual" is in English, I can not understand the meaning. The manual is not a manual, it is a collection of random (English) words. A hint for the future: Test the products first before you sell them. I like to get a refund.

The picture is good. Problem is, that at the normal distance (ca. 60 cm) the picture is way too big and the head fills the whole screen. I would have to sit at least 1.2 m away for a normal portrait.
