Everything expected and it also included a European Plug in addition to the US Plug I needed. Assembly instructions were fine, and not difficult. Most other information was included in the SD card. The SD card was scanned by my computer, and it found malware in the Chinese subdirectory. This is bad! Other than that, the printer works okay. The box included everything needed to assemble and get started including a cat gcode file. The 0.5Kg spool of PLA is a very nice white with translusence, but the spool didn't identify the brand of PLA, best print temperature...no label at all, which I would like to be able to order from Banggood. I didn't find any slicer settings used to create the previously mentioned Cat gcode print file included with the printer. It would have been nice to start my slicer with the same settings. The spool of blue filler that gets cut and inserted into the slots of the 20/20 and 20/40 framing of the CR-10 had a strong offgassing odor. Is that vinyl acetate gassing off? It was so strong, I had to remove the printer from the living area to the garage before I became too sick. If I had to do it over again, I would suggest Creality provide the appropriate gcode files to create the blue/yellow inserts into the tracks and provide 1 Kg of PLA instead of a half Kg. PLA is a safer plastic for use in the home. Manufacturing quality is good. I only found 2 screws in the entire machine that were not as tight as the rest. The worm gear rod was also lubricated to my surprise.
