Q: the power supply was connected. display no. what's the problem?

deejaydawes As mentioned in an earlier question, a battery needs to be connected to the VBAT and GND connections. Use a single cell 3.7v lithium battery.

deejaydawes Hi, the tracker will not work unless an external battery is connected to these contacts, a single cell 3.7v lithium battery works fine. you can use the tracker while it is plugged in via usb and it simultaneously charges the battery, it will then use the battery when it is not powered via usb.
