Q: Can you cut in small pieces?

Asked by Pablo Gonzalez on 2017-11-22 10:17:45

TechnoMasterBoy Ddiamondblue calm down. The amount of radiation is completely safe. It's barely anything. Tritium has a very low amount of radiation. Regardless, it's impossible to cut it into small pieces, as it's a gas, so as soon as you cut into it, the gas will escape.

TechnoMasterBoy No this is definitely not normal. When you tighten the tool, it should not move at all. If it's loose, it'll cause a lot of vibrations, making your tool not cut properly. Jerry you should know this kind of stuff. If it's loose after tightening it, it can be a deadly hazard. I assume you want your customers to be alive. If your tool is not performing the way it should, immediately return it and ask for a replacement. Working with tools that are broken or otherwise damaged in any way on machines can result in serious injury.

TechnoMasterBoy It is a form of epoxy yes, but more suited as glue rather than casting.

TechnoMasterBoy Dependingon what you're using them on, you might need to increase the speed, go slower and possibly use some form of lubrication. Alot of the bits are small and fragile, and should be treated as such.

TechnoMasterBoy Theminimum output is 190W which is at the lowest speed. Did you try setting it on full speed? Because maybe then it'll use 400W. Also, the images clearly show that it's an EU plug. You should look at what you're buying. Either get an adapter or ask customer support if there's an alternative.
