routercnc I did a video on this recently. Search 'routercnc' on YouTube and look for the series on 'Upgrading a drill press'. I went into detail on the external controls and showed how it is done.

routercnc 50 Hz refers only to the incoming mains supply. 400 Hz is the maximum output frequency, and this is set by one of the parameters (P06). The potentiometer on the front panel (or a digital input channel) then allows the user to vary the speed anywhere up to that frequency. How many rpm this is depends on the number of poles on the motor. Make sure you don't exceed the rated maximum speed of the motor.

routercnc Branded inverters do (I bought a Moeller one a few years ago), but all the Chinese models either come with nothing, or a single page. I included this inverter model in a video review on YouTube and went through every parameter, inputs and outputs, and showed how to use the digital inputs. Search for my 'routercnc' channel, and the video series 'Upgrading my drill press' if you are interested. Also general help usually available on the 'mycncuk' forum.
