Q: does the phone come with a cover/case in the box to place on it to protect it?

MrMaple Edit: the wireless charging sucks. I've tried 3 different wireless chargers that meet the specs for the phone, none charge for more than a few mins before stopping. If you want wireless charging AVOID this phone. Other than that its a great phone.
Cuteness yes ,you can use EU to NA plug adapter. When you use it, you need to adjust the voltage to 110V.

MrMaple It's a rugged and shock rated phone, so basically the case is built into the phone. So no it doesn't come with an case. It comes with a pre installed screen protector plus an extra one.
