enesfnd Ihave had same issue. It is because of end of battery. You have to charge battery todo this, you have to giveDC voltage to device. From usb port you should decide 5v and GND pads. You can search this info from internet or any USB cable. afteryou assigned the polarity of the pads, you should gve a 5V supply with the ltlle pulses. while giving the pulses you have to check current comsumption of device. To do it I prefer you to give the voltage withthe current sensed DC voltage supply. or connect your circuit a serial multimeter to monitor the current i cirucit. the current will increase from 2mA to 40-50 mA level. after that, when you plugged your bracelet to usb it will be charged.
