tompa No, if you buy a DRO you get the DRO only. Encoders are bought separately.

The center hole for the insert is not totally perpendicular/square to the seat. This makes it very hard to get the insert to sit tightly on the shim seat. Otherwise a pretty good deal with some spare parts. And the inserts cut very well!

Seems to work great but as I'm not a very good welder (yet), I can't really say anything about the quality, other that that the stick/MMA welding seems fine, had no issues when I tested it. Also the TIG/arc welding seems fine, no problems getting an arc. The only issues are the Chinese only manual and that the power cord isn't grounded but that was very simple to replace. 10 screws holding the cover and, well, see attached photo. Also, using google translate the labels on the machine were easily translated, see other photo. The delivery tracking was beyond bad. Package in limbo for a week but arrived more or less in time (should have arrived Friday, came Monday). Also, the box was a bit banged up, but contents not damaged.

Really good for the price. The surfaces are fine enough that two blocks can easily be pressed together and the stick. Haven't been able to check the precision of the sizes but as the flatness is great, I'm assuming that they well be very precise. For a hobby workshop I'm sure they are (more than) good enough!

The pipes you use have to be threaded on one end. Not at all obvious in the description. Also, I ordered 3/4 inch but the ones I got are for 1 inch pipes, which actually may be better than 3/4"...

The flexible part is too stiff, and the clamp can't be clamped hard enough.

Q: Can i use this with Machifit ER11 Chuck CNC 500W Spindle?

BG453217545 If I understand you correvtly, you have a CNC machine with an ER11 chuck. This ER32 collet Chuck is used to hold material to be milled, so yes, it can be used _with_ your CNC machine. I have used it to create a hexagonal "nut" on a round steel bar.

Just got them and did a quick test on an old rusty piece of steel. Worked great, the holes got a very nice chamfer!

Maybe not as sensitive as it could be, also seems to have a precision of .2 degrees, not .1.

Good value, at least for hobby use. Some sharp edges may need to be rounded to get them into and out of the collet chuck. Haven't measured runout but as I said, seem good enough for a hobby machinist, unless you need professional grade precision.

By itself no better than the stock horn on my bike but together with the stock horn, a big improvement. The "snail" is made of plastic but looks OK.
