Q: subwoofer output doesn't work and there no audio settings....fader...EA nothing...

kiwijohn1 I had a similar problem - had no RCA audio input for AV use. I had to go in to Car Settings (Password 000000) and scroll down to "Audio In" and change from "OFF" to "On". On the way I noticed "AV Out" was OFF so I turned it ON. This may also enable sub out ????
