Great little vtx. Good output power and light weight. Ensure you do not put it in heatshrink as it does get very hot very quickly and needs to have reasonable airflow, especially at the higher power settings.

Checked the ESC firmware and it was the 16.79 installed. iFlight have issued details on downgrading the ESC's to the latest stable version of 16.7 to prevent ESC's from burning out. Other than the ESC firmware the Quad flies great on the factory tune and rates. Not the quietest of units, but not overly loud as a lot of Cine Whoops tend to be.

Great googles. One of the reasons I got these was the amount of adjustment for pupil distance and diopter. These are one of the few goggles I can adjust to suit my vision without putting additional diopter inserts. Wish they went a little more narrow on the pupil distance but overall a great set of goggles.

Great radio, it replaces my QX7S which becomes my backup radio. Great ergonomics and plenty of switches and sliders to suit a wide variety of needs. It does not come with batteries but does include a battery tray for 2 18650 Lithium Ion batteries. I ordered this unit with the optional Crossfire module and it has worked flawlessly. I could not get the binding clone feature in OpenTx to work, but that is not the fault of the radio, I need to do some more investigation on that one.

Q: What would make this better than similar OLED goggles, other than higher FOV?

BG144413208 Largeradjustment range on pupil distance (IPS) and diopter (focus) than the Skyzone O4. Other than that they seem almost identical to the Skyzone O4.

Great first purchase for someone getting into FPV. I used them for a few months then bought some EV300O goggles and can use these as a spare or just use the screen as a bench test unit.
