Q: I bought this item a while ago. However, there is no fixing backplate for receiving the added screws.. How is it meant to be fixed to the bar?

BG448242118 I was worried about this point and as far as I can see, some bikes have a suitable bracket, but many do not! You may have to make your own fixing

Lamps are not suitable for turn signals as fitted with almost clear white lenses, so repurposed as side lights.
