roryod yes it has a 3.5mm output and cable provided. this is the only way I can use on my phone. the usb c part doesn't do anything when connected for me.

roryod hi can you describe what areas on your back it heats? mine only heats the neck and at the back across between the armpits, but nothing lower, just wondering is that is how it is or if mine is faulty? thanks
BG424654171 It is not weatherproof. Even if it's placed out if the weather, it false triggers regularly outdoors.

BG414616934 Yes.The box does not state this. Mine is currently charging and I was able to draw power from the USB-A connector.
