The3rdone yes, this can charge 2S and 3S batteries. This balance charger has a port for charging 2s lipo 7.4V and a port for 3s lipo 11.1V batteries.

The3rdone yes, it works with Turnigy 9X & 9Xr and also works with Turnigy 9X Pro. It works well with Turnigy 9Xr. But for Turnigy 9Xr, please note that you may have to sand down the (plastic) port on your Tx. Or it won't look as nice.

The3rdone easily 100m - 150m. I have never had range issues. but as others have said, I would only recommend going so high, you can still see what direction the plane is flying into.

The3rdone ... no it won't destroy your motor. As far as I know, a high C rating will only make more power available, if drawn upon by the motor.

The3rdone might have to set your tx & flight-controller to the same mode, eg ppm/sbus. hope this helps

The3rdone ... it should, check the compatibility list for your protocol. I'm not an expert, but you should have AFHDS2 or smt like that. which works perfectly fine.
