chrlsgenest Youcan download the software and manual at the Feeltech website. I was going to include the link but I am not allowed to. The file is a RAR file so you will need an app to unzip it. If you are running Win10 there are free apps if not you will have to find an app that will for your OS. Sometimes the Feeltech website is down so if you try and it does not work just try again a different day. Also if you use the Google browser you can click the "translate" button.
