I am very pleased with this keyboard. It overpassed my expectations. It is a high-quality keyboard, of course taking into considerations that the materials plastic (bottom cover and hand/wrist support) and aluminium (top cover). The RGB led lighting is quite bright, it also has independent controls for the key-LEDs and the surrounding led-strip. I ordered the option with red switches, these switches are not Red Cherry MX but a clone marked with RK label. It is hard to know the producer of these switches, but I would think these are either Gateron or Kailh rebranded as RK. The keycaps are double-shot plastic, I believe it is ABS plastic. Therefore the fonts will not erase from the keycaps. On the contrary to the extra functions (home, email, music, play, pause, next, previous, search, favourites, etc) or the RBG LEDs controls keys (RGB modes, brightness, speed, colours), these are a label or a printing added to the keycaps which I believe these will eventually go. The feeling of this keyboard makes you believe you did a very good investment for a low-budget mechanical keyboard. The switches are very comfortable. You do not need to push the keycaps until hitting the aluminium plate to trigger the switches. I would say 2mm - 3mm of movement and the text starts to appear on the screen. The total run of the keys is around 8mm. Although you need to be aware I did not measure it with a calliper. The lack of the clicky effect on these switches is what makes me very pleased with the typing experience. I cannot compare it to my laptop optomechanical keyboard, I prefer that one, but the RK919 it is super for a low budget M.K. Overall, I liked the quality of the product, the brightness of the RGB LEDs, and its operational modes ( you can customize keys and record five modes/slots). The typing experience is super cool. Although the hand/wrist support looks from a cheapy plastic, it accomplishes the goal. In short, I strongly recommend buying this keyboard.

Q: wich manufacturer are the switches?

ctijerina Iordered the option with red switches, these switches are not Red Cherry MX but a clone marked with RK label. It is hard to know the manufacturer of these switches, but by looking on the physical similarities I would think these are either Gateron or Kailh rebranded as RK. Although not original cherry, I do like them a lot.

Q: what is this keyboard switch

Asked by BG916522418 on 2020-11-24 11:36:09

ctijerina Itis very clearly stated, brown or red. Now, if you are wondering about the brand, you should be more specific. The switches (Red in my case) are RK branded. Although, I think Gateron or Kailh produced them. I got into that conclusion by a physical looking comparison. Again, that is only my opinion, and I can't confirm it or verify that.

ctijerina Thisis not an HDD nor SSD, this is an adapter to turn internal HDD-SSD into an external. You can fit in it any 2.5 drives with SATA connectors.
