Its good to have a few spares for those not so good "landings" but i do recomend to shop around for a better deal... the shipment of this item was expensive....

Spotcat itrealy depends on what motor ESC, servo and battery and related stuff you put on it ,mine must weight nearly 4Kg!

Spotcat andone of them is now more comonly manmade! Has for that particular "gemstone" i think that the one i recived is noting more than a fancy cut "reinstone" or in other words just cut glass... it did not emit any color under uv light or changed color....

Item arrived very well packed and did come with the 3 batteries initial tests showed no flaws but i have not flown it to fully test it out.

Only tested on the bench but it works, a few notes: the package was noting more than a bag in a bag no pading of any kind... so the HI/LOW selector shaft was bent, not much or i would have made a complaint and send it back,. I do recomend that if you buy one to open it and check for internal damage and lube, mine was ok inside , a couple of bearings are somewhat lose but no big deal, however it dint have almost any lube in the gearcase the only place well lubed was the motor reductor gears, Isupect that this electric motor should have a internal fan because of the big empty space inside it but no fan in it, maybe its suposed to be like this? i dont know. This unit is not waterproff nor dust proof so be careful, but it can be made resilient to both with some careful use of sealant.

Not bad quality but does need some time and seting up to make it good, there apears to be litlle in the upgrades parts but for a "entry" level basher its not that bad at all, just some comon sense and it should last a long time, i do recomend a tear down and rebuild/check of the diffs and shocks, and not "going crazy" on the power departement!! Bashing it a 50km/h plus is just asking for trouble!!! I did get it on sale so it was for me "value for money", on the normal asking price it may be somewhat expensive... The transport was fast but the packing could be a lot better, it was just a plain cardbox and some plastic/foam wrap, no double box type stuff so of course it arrived busted (the box not the car, but the bag with the screws was ripped open and it spiled inside the box... i just hope that no extra suplied screws/parts went M.I.A!

mine did came whit a smal defect , the wires where polaraty crossed, positive was black wire and negative white wire, they are DOT and sae marked...

Its a very simple 4 way fuse box the contacts apear to be quite beffy but beware of the base coming lose it may lead to some terminals to give away
