this motor is AWESOME in the brushless hbx 16889! It's on par with the stock motor, but stays MUCH cooler when running a 3s battery. YES this motor can handle 3s all day long. Zero cogging and Zero thermal shutdowns. Far and away better than the Racestar equivalent. I'm running the 2445 3600kv motor and it's PERFECT for any 16th sized rc. Paired with a 35a esc It's a winner.

vtecripper what tires are those bro . I have 2 . 16890 that are brushed and just ordered 2 brushless setups 2440 with 35 amp ESC and a 2440 with the same ESC and servo you run .. but bro what tires are those !!!!

shawntooley197535 The tires can be found on Amazon. They're marketed as 10th scale but they aren't. Around 16 bucks for a set. And as far as pinion...you can only use the stock 16t 2mm pinion
