Looks OK but two discrepancies immediately stand out on arrival. Firstly, it has a US plug and not the EU one documented and shown in images of the item. Secondly, the carton print says it takes 7 - 7.5mm sticks. Clearly it's not catastrophic but I picked this one partly out of preference to avoid yet another annoying plug mismatch and swap exercise. Hopefully the operation is more reliable than the description.

the gun is very nice, feels good in the hand. Packaging took a beating getting here but unit heats, so, I am assuming it will work once the glue sticks arrive. This order was during the covid-19 mess so it has taken several months to get here. Not the fault of the shipper though. I saw when it was shipped. Anyway, the gun feels good in the hand. Can't wait to put it to use.

Good glue gun, quick enough to heat. Claims to be "No glue leakage..." well it does drip like a normal hot glue gun so I'm not sure I agree with no leaks but still it's quite ok.

Good product. It was nicely packed. Pitty I ordered a EU version but received the US version. Now I have to change the power plug myself.
