This is NOT an MPPT controller as described, it is a PWM controller. I tested it and it should maintain the PV panel volts at its MPPT value of 30 to 38 volts but it reduced it to just over the battery voltage of 14 volts.

My battery hasn’t dropped below 12v since installing the controller. I charge my 20ah battery bank through the USB and running a camera, it all works as described, except it is PWM not MPPT.
