This is NOT an MPPT controller as described, it is a PWM controller. I tested it and it should maintain the PV panel volts at its MPPT value of 30 to 38 volts but it reduced it to just over the battery voltage of 14 volts.

The device works. A very unpleasant feature is constantly switching between different data. It works very disturbingly. For other similar products, you switch between the desired data by hand as needed.
