This Headset is quick installed and have a very clear loud modulation. Better as many other Headsets, you don't need to 'eat' it by taking it to close to the mouth even 20 and more cm distance is loud enough on every Baofeng Radio to hear you loud enough. Also with voice PTT on it is sensitive enough to work fine. I compaired it to several external microfons and headsets and came to the conclution that it is on of the best on Baofeng 5R radios. A color choice will be good to have for example offer also in Blue, Red, etc.. and with a 2,5mm jsingle Jack for Baofeng 3R.
