It's a good product with a fair price. It needs around 250W (AC 230V) using the full length. Though it does provide an enough amount of heating it is not so high. I didn't measure it but I'd hazard a guess that is around 40ºC. In order to install it you just need to make two holes on the extrems (on the cooper band) and screw it to a rounded connector which can go directly to the plug AC 220-240V. Nevertheless you can add a thermostat or just a switch. Remember to isolate it from the floor.
