BEWARE: Some of these capacitors comes charged! Two of six had a voltage of over 20 V directly from the package, so make sure to discharge them before connecting them to any type of equipment or circuit. These capacitors differs greatly from the spec: all six had a capacitance of about 13 mF - that's 40% lower than the rated capacitance (measured at 100 Hz). As can be seen in the pictures, some debris was apparent on the underside and one of them had a dent. Since I had already read the previous reviews, I was expecting a 40% lower capacitance and they are quite a good buy anyway (if you compare different capacitors in amount of energy you get per dollar). Apart from the dent and the debris, all of them are working.
