    performs as described, HOWEVER it does not fully balance a large battery. the issue is that the balance current shuts off below 0.3 volts, so if each adjacent cell is more charged than the next it is possible to have a cell voltage difference of over 7 volts from one side of the battery to the other. maybe good for some applications, but not great for lipo batteries.
