    With temperature ranging from 35-70° you have a pretty good range of foods to dehydrate: From small leafy herbs like oregano to larger chunks like figs, pineapple or even beef jerky! I successfully dehydrated small figs at 60° in 8 hours. Also the blue color option is very elegant splash of color in the kitchen counter. Great dehydrator!
