i ordered the 25W one but got the 50W one in the mail it uses 81W I measured. It is nice quality and makes good heat.

I was a little skeptical because of the price since locally in the US these ceramic heaters are easily $20 or more. I ordered the 60 watt version and at first I thought it was defective but silly me, I did not have it plugged in all the way!! I have been using it for about a month and so far so good. It does seem to get really warm and even the ceramic is glowing when plugged in. I had to kind of rig it up and raise it higher than the top of the cage in order to get the temperature right. I have since ordered a lower wattage one which should allow me to let the fixture rest on the top of the cage. So far so good and a great bargain!
