Quality isn't great. It's not lubricated, not using good lubrication, or uses poor quality stuff. Clean the entire thing out with IPA first, and add your own grease, but tolerances aren't great on the machining either. One of the rails glides super smooth, the other two have more resistance. Overall, fine for 3D printers, but may not be good for more demanding uses
