They try to evade the problems encountered by asking to upload a video of the bike I bought, with a display that doesn't detect speed, which, after trying, travels at a reduced speed of less than twenty kilometers per hour. The horn button to warn pedestrians shows no signs of life... it's a shame to sell products of poor quality and not take responsibility by evading with absurd requests for evidence when I simply requested a refund from the very beginning. SHAME!!

Cercano di eludere i problemi risconttati chiedendo di caricare un video, della bici da me acquistata, con un display che non rileva la velocità che dopo aver provato viaggia con una velocità ridotta meno di venti chilometri orari, il tastino del clacson per avvisare i pedoni non da segni di vita...... è una vergogna vendere prodotti di scarsa qualità e non risponderne eludendo con richieste assurde di fornire prove quando ho chiesto semplicemente la restituzione sin dal primo momento. VERGOGNA!!
