If you use the PUMP 2020 pump to pump from scratch, then it must be pumped to the working pressure by a manual or foot pump. I haven't tried pumping air with this pump yet. Instructions in Chinese and English are attached to the pump. The delivery time was ten days longer than the seller had promised. The track was not tracked in Russia. When the parcel arrived at my post office, I received an email about it in English from the Banggood trading floor.
