works well. Arrived quickly. Was well packaged. Did not test under all conditions. Cursory test is OK. Windows software is ok (only version 4.11.09 that is linked in the original page works). The updated software version (WinNWT 4.11.13, or LinNWT 4.11.13) do not recognize the device and therefore does not work).

Test were performed with a 3 GHz HP signal generator, at various frequencies and signal levels, always below 0 dBm. For some frequencies, a blip is visible, much below the input signal.
