First, the product I received is not a Jeyoang. It is a Jiuciyang, which may be simply a rebranded jeyoang, since it appears the same. Secondly, it is not 2L. It seems only to be able to make 1L, not 2L as advertised. It will hold more fluid, but the fill line is at 1L. Third, the instructions are in Mandarin, and there is no way to find a translation. Jiuciyang doesn't seem to have a website, and I can't find a Jeyoung website either. When it works, it makes good soymilk. Unfortunately, since I've bought this, it's overflowed twice, making a huge mess and losing all the milk (all over the cupboard and floor). This is a worry, since I haven't had it long. Not being able to read the instructions, I've no hint why. Perhaps the overflow protection doesn't work. I don't know and there is no way to get assistance.
